About the Role

Candy Communications Limited is looking for an efficient, results-oriented Senior Executive – Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will take our agency further by expanding our clientele, nurturing high-value partnerships, and creating innovative business strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients to expand our agency's portfolio.
Strategic Planning: Create, develop, and implement growth-focused business strategies to keep us ahead in the competitive advertising market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Market Growth: Uncover fresh advertising avenues and business opportunities to drive agency revenue.
Pitching & Presentations: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to craft and deliver winning client pitches.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Communications, or a related field. (An MBA in Marketing is a plus).
Experience & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or digital media agency.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling high-stakes business pitches and negotiation.
Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the advertising landscape, media trends, and consumer behavior.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command over presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) and spreadsheet management (MS Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong networking abilities, problem-solving mindset, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
