Responsibilities & Context:
Mariners Group & MOHS Group is looking for experienced, dynamic, and target-oriented professionals to join our Land & Share Sales Team.
Job Responsibilities
* Handle sales of Company Shares, Land Shares, Restaurant Shares, and other investment-related products offered by the company.
* Contact potential and prospective clients through phone calls and other communication channels.
* Explain share products, investment opportunities, features, benefits, and payment options to prospective clients.
* Convince, guide, and assist clients in purchasing Company Shares and Land Shares.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate client information and update daily call, follow-up, and sales records.
* Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
* Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
* Prepare regular sales, client follow-up, and performance reports.
* Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth completion of client transactions.
* Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification
* Minimum Honors/Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
Experience
* Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Real Estate/Land Sales, Company Share Sales, Restaurant Share Sales, or related sales fields.
* Candidates with proven experience in achieving sales targets will be given preference.
