Responsibilities & Context:

• Track and analyze territory, area, and region-wise sales performance.

• Compile and analyze SKU-wise sales performance.

• Collect, compile, and validate sales, stock, distributor, and market data.

• Conduct sales trend analysis, including growth, decline, and seasonal impact.

• Monitor distributor stock status and identify stock-related gaps.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency of MIS and sales-related data.

• Prepare regular daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.

• Provide necessary reports and analytical support to the field sales team (TSO/SR).

• Assist in sales target planning and distribution.

• Collect data from the field force and validate information before reporting.

• Maintain and update data through the company’s ERP system.

• Ensure timely submission of all assigned reports.

• Maintain strict data confidentiality and integrity.

• Support management with data-driven insights for sales and business decisions.
