To strengthen our sales operations, we are looking for an energetic, target-driven Area sales Executive (ASE).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retail partners
• Execute trade promotions, visibility activities, and merchandising plans in assigned territory
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stock-out situations
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential outlets
• Supervise and guide SR/TSR or field team to achieve sales objectives
• Ensure proper implementation of company pricing and credit policies
• Conduct regular market visits and territory coverage planning
• Maintain daily route plan and ensure productive call ratio
• Analyze sales data to improve performance and suggest action plans
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches in the territory
