• 1–3 years of experience in Modern Trade sales in an FMCG or distribution company
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Good command over MS Excel and reporting
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Willing to travel within assigned modern trade territories.

To strengthen our modern trade operations, we are looking for an energetic, target-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) – Modern Trade to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets (e.g., Shwapno, Meena Bazar, Unimart, Agora, PrinceBazar, etc.).

• Ensure proper product listing, display, and regular stock availability at all assigned outlets.

• Execute trade promotions, in-store branding, and visibility activities as per company plan.

• Monitor daily sales performance, stock status, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with distribution, supply chain, and delivery teams for timely product replenishment.

• Achieve monthly sales, merchandising, and visibility targets.

• Collect market feedback and prepare regular reports for management.
