Proven experience in, Brand Promotion, Customer Relationship Management, New Product development, and Food & Personal Care Product Management.
Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in communication, creative thinking , and analytical thinking.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and market introduction of new products to increase market share and profitability.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring all phases align with brand strategies and performance objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, and marketing communications plans to promote products effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies for customer retention and product enhancement.
Ensure consistent product quality to meet or exceed customer expectations, contributing to brand reputation.
Manage promotional activities that boost product visibility and engagement in target markets.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Regularly update and manage customer databases to improve service efficiency and personalization.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers and clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding the customer base.
Conduct regular customer feedback initiatives, such as surveys, to gather insights and make necessary product or service improvements.
Contribute to the product development process, providing insights for innovation and market relevance.
Develop strategic marketing initiatives to enhance both existing and new product lines and expand the brand`s market presence.
Lead all communications related to product advertising, promotions, and public relations.
Coordinate brand activations and events to build brand awareness and drive sales.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing consistent follow-up and addressing needs efficiently.
Support the achievement of sales growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Design and implement customer loyalty programs to increase retention and deepen engagement with the brand.
