Job Summary:

The Art Director (Creative Lead) will oversee the entire visual direction of advertising campaigns and brand communication projects. The role requires leadership, strong aesthetic judgment, and strategic creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand visual direction and aesthetics

• Lead campaign concept development

• Review and approve outputs from designers, visualizers, motion & CGI teams

• Mentor and manage creative team members

• Ensure consistency across print, digital, motion & CGI outputs

• Collaborate with clients, copywriters, and directors

• Present creative concepts and pitches

• Drive innovation, including AI-based workflows

• Lead and develop visual direction for projects

• Create and oversee art concepts, design layouts, and final artwork

• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design practices
