Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through direct marketing, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.

  • Convert leads into bookings through effective sales techniques.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Follow up with potential buyers regularly to ensure conversion.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle client queries professionally.

3. Lead Management

  • Handle leads generated from marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and walk-ins.

  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).

  • Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead nurturing.

4. Sales Process Execution

  • Assist clients through the full sales cycle: inquiry → site visit → booking → documentation.

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and after-sales teams for smooth deal closure.

  • Prepare sales documents, booking forms, and agreements.

    5. Market Intelligence

    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

    • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand.

    6. Channel Partner Coordination (if applicable)

    • Work with brokers/agents/channel partners to generate sales.

    • Maintain good relationships with external sales partners.
