• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Hands-on experience with cranes and rigging activities·       Familiarity with Total Station and leveling instruments·       Strong knowledge of construction safety standards·       Experience in precast factory or high-rise projects will be preferred·      

Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple activities

Willingness to work at project sites across Bangladesh.

Supervise erection and installation of precast elements (columns, beams, slabs, wall panels, piles, etc.)

Execute erection of precast buildings and high-rise structures

Oversee installation of prefabricated steel structures and components

Plan and monitor heavy lifting operations (tower crane, overhead crane, mobile crane)

Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection crews

Ensure accurate alignment using Total Station, Auto Level/Dumpy Level

Supervise installation and positioning of industrial machinery

Enforce site safety, PPE compliance, and conduct toolbox talks

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams

Maintain daily progress and basic site documentation
