1. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Monitor team performance and ensure target fulfillment.
2. Team Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and guide Sales Executives and Senior Executives.
Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and performance reviews.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and professional conduct.
3. Sales Operations Management
Oversee the entire sales process: lead generation → site visit → booking → closing.
Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and CRM data.
4. Client Relationship Management
Handle high-value clients and key accounts.
Resolve escalated customer issues and objections.
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to handover.
5. Lead Generation & Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning and execution.
Ensure proper utilization of leads from digital marketing, events, and referrals.
Suggest improvements in lead generation strategies.
6. Channel Partner & Broker Management
Develop and manage relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.
Negotiate commission structures and ensure partner productivity.
Organize partner meets and engagement programs.
7. Market Analysis & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
Provide strategic input for pricing, product positioning, and promotions.
Identify new business opportunities.
8. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation of booking forms, agreements, and legal papers.
Coordinate with legal and finance departments for smooth transaction processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations (e.g., RAJUK practices).
