Responsibilities & Context:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Assist in developing annual and project-based marketing plans.
Execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals.
Ensure proper positioning of projects (luxury, mid-range, affordable segments).
2. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan and manage lead generation campaigns (Facebook, Google, YouTube, property portals).
Monitor campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversions).
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition cost.
3. Digital Marketing Management
Manage company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Coordinate content creation (posts, videos, reels, ads, landing pages).
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and inquiries.
4. Branding & Communication
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
Develop brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and project profiles.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and printers.
5. Event & Activation Management
Plan and execute property fairs, site events, and promotional campaigns.
Organize launch events, open house events, and customer engagement activities.
Manage outdoor branding (billboards, signage, site branding).
6. Sales Team Support
Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead flow and follow-up.
Provide marketing materials, scripts, and presentations for sales use.
Track lead-to-sale conversion and suggest improvements.
7. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, campaigns, offers).
Study buyer behavior and preferences in the Bangladesh real estate market.
Identify new marketing channels and growth opportunities.
8. Budget Management
Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget.
Track expenses and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Evaluate ROI of all marketing activities.
9. CRM & Reporting
Ensure proper lead tracking and management in CRM systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Analyze campaign data and present insights to management.
