Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing and SEO strategies for the company’s real estate projects and brand promotion.

  • Plan and manage online campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate qualified leads for apartment/land sales.

  • Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search ranking, visibility, and conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with the design team to create engaging visual content for social media and project advertisements.

  • Research market trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector to develop effective marketing strategies.

  • Manage Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for performance tracking and reporting.

  • Create, analyze, and maintain weekly performance reports (reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, ROI).

  • Collaborate with the sales and architectural design teams to align promotional content with project design and development goals.

  • Build client relationships and handle inquiries professionally to convert leads into long-term clients.

  • Track, measure, and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to align SEO & marketing strategies.
