  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, education, or service-oriented industries.

  • Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns and managing social media platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

  • Hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, and email/SMS campaigns.

  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop and video editing tools will be a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to improve website visibility and traffic.

  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and ad campaigns aligned with brand strategy.

  • Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages for better user experience and lead conversion.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, engagement rate, etc.) and prepare performance reports.

  • Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

  • Handle online reputation management (ORM) through feedback tracking and response on digital channels.

  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
