  • Age At least 24 years
  • Proficiency in Meta and Google AdSense, YouTube marketing, WhatsApp marketing, all other digital marketing platform promotions, and basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

  • Expertise in social media marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

  • The candidate should be an expert in graphic design.

  • The candidate should have practical knowledge in video editing and website design.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.

  • Ability to influence others & proactive in problem-solving.

  • Have patience to handle phone calls and queries.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote restaurant offers, events, happy hours, brunches, and seasonal menus.

  • Manage daily social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile), ensuring regular posting and engagement.

  • Create and publish food, ambience, and event-focused content, including photos, reels, stories, and captions.

  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to highlight signature dishes, new menus, and promotions.

  • Manage paid ads (Meta & Google) for table reservations, events, and special offers, ensuring high ROI.

  • Optimize Google Business Profile (posts, photos, updates) and handle customer reviews professionally.

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages to maintain brand reputation.

  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, reservations, and footfall, and prepare monthly reports.

  • Work closely with designers and photographers to maintain a premium and consistent brand image.

  • Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Support loyalty programs, influencer collaborations, and food blogger partnerships.

  • Ensure all digital content reflects the restaurant’s brand voice, quality, and customer experience.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
