• Prepare structured news reports following standard journalistic format (headline, lead, body, quotes, and closing).

• Develop publishable report angles based on product features, technology updates, consumer trends, and campaign announcements.

• Maintain a neutral, third-person tone aligned with newsroom writing standards.

• Collect verified information from relevant internal and external sources and convert it into media-ready reports.
  Draft official statements and spokesperson quotes when required.

• Maintain and regularly update a structured database of online and print media contacts.

• Distribute press releases and reports to media outlets through appropriate communication channels.
  Follow up with media representatives regarding publication status.

• Track and document all submitted and published reports in an organized reporting system.

• Ensure compliance with approved corporate communication guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
