Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and branding initiatives to enhance viewership, expand digital reach, and strengthen brand presence in the national and international media landscape.

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across TV, digital, SEO, and social media to expand audience reach on television, website, YouTube, and social platforms.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue through advertising, promotions, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for programs and special news coverage, managing advertising, promotions, and brand partnerships.

  • Collaborate with editorial, programming, production and digital teams to promote news programs and special coverage.

  • Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and corporate clients.

  • Oversee public relations, brand positioning, and corporate communications.

  • Maintain strong relationships with media and stakeholders to manage crisis communication and brand reputation.

  • Drive promotional events and public engagement for key marketing initiatives, corporate events, and special programs.

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and optimize marketing expenditures for maximum return on investment.

  • Analyze audience insights, TRP data, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Maintain unified messaging across TV, digital, and social media to reinforce brand identity.

  • Overseeing brand campaigns, promotional materials, and corporate branding.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring performance-driven execution.
