About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and Bangladesh's e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling profitable advertising campaigns while maintaining accurate performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Advertising
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using both ABO and CBO strategies.
Build and optimize Interest, Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting audiences.
Conduct structured A/B testing of ad creatives (images, videos, copy, and audiences).
Install and manage Meta Pixel and configure conversion events such as View Content, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and Purchase.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, Cost per Purchase (CPP/CPA), ROAS, and Frequency.
Scale successful campaigns using horizontal and vertical scaling strategies.
Pause or optimize underperforming campaigns within 24–48 hours.
Product & Marketing
Identify winning products based on campaign performance and market trends.
Understand Bangladesh's Cash on Delivery (COD) business model, fake order challenges, return rates, and courier operations.
Develop compelling advertising copy and promotional offers.
Review landing pages and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
Conduct competitor research on products, pricing, and advertising strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
Analyze campaign results by placement, age, gender, device, and audience.
Track advertising spend in both BDT and USD accurately.
Measure campaign profitability by comparing advertising costs against product margins.
Maintain organized dashboards and performance records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Technical Skills
Work with Shopify and/or WordPress websites.
Understand Meta Pixel integration and basic Conversion API concepts.
Have working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (preferred).
Coordinate with designers and developers to improve campaign performance.
