Experience:
• Manage daily operations of Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create, localize, and publish engaging social media content.
• Monitor industry trends, viral topics, and platform updates to identify content opportunities.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Manage and grow brand communities, including Facebook Groups, Messenger communities, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop community engagement strategies to improve user participation and retention.
• Plan and execute interactive community activities such as discussions, Q&A sessions, challenges, contests, and UGC campaigns.
• Collect user feedback and provide actionable consumer insights to internal teams.
• Monitor community sentiment and maintain a positive brand environment.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Encourage and amplify user-generated content (UGC).
• Support community-based marketing campaigns and advocacy programs.
