Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other online platforms.
Reply to comments, messages, and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company guidelines while communicating with customers.
Ensure prompt response times and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
