Job Responsibilities:
Facebook Live-এ নিয়মিত উপস্থিত থেকে প্রতিষ্ঠানের পণ্য আকর্ষণীয় ও আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে উপস্থাপন করা।
পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য, গুণগত মান, মূল্য এবং অফার সম্পর্কে পরিষ্কারভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা।
লাইভ চলাকালীন দর্শকদের প্রশ্নের দ্রুত ও ভদ্রভাবে উত্তর প্রদান করা।
দর্শকদের অর্ডার করতে উৎসাহিত করা এবং বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধিতে কার্যকর ভূমিকা রাখা।
লাইভ সেশনের পূর্বে পণ্য সম্পর্কে পূর্ণাঙ্গ ধারণা গ্রহণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় প্রস্তুতি সম্পন্ন করা।
মার্কেটিং ও সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে লাইভ কনটেন্ট পরিকল্পনা ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
লাইভ শেষে অর্ডার, কাস্টমার ফিডব্যাক ও পারফরম্যান্স রিপোর্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট টিমকে প্রদান করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্র্যান্ড ইমেজ বজায় রেখে সবসময় পেশাদার আচরণ ও উপস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করা।
