- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Client Relations, Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, or the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Candidates with proven experience in generating business through digital marketing campaigns will receive preference.
- Previous experience in a Travel Agency, OTA, Visa Consultancy, or Tourism Company will be considered a strong advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Strong expertise in Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing software.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in creating reels, promotional videos, and digital advertisements.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software will be considered an added advantage.
- Honest, proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

To support our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Client Relations Executive who possesses excellent digital marketing expertise along with strong client relationship management skills. The successful candidate will play a vital role in strengthening our online presence, generating qualified business leads, increasing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Office Location: Sector-15, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging promotional content including graphics, banners, reels, short videos, voice-over advertisements, blogs, and travel-related marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, social media platforms, Google Business Profile, and other online assets.
- Plan and implement strategic digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Promote the company's Visa Processing, Air Ticketing, Hajj & Umrah, Tour Packages, Hotel Reservations, Travel Insurance, and Education Consultancy services through digital channels.
- Generate quality sales leads through both online and offline marketing activities.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and relationship management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, travel packages, ticketing services, and company offerings.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain an organized customer database using CRM or similar systems.
- Coordinate with the Visa Processing, Ticketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely customer service.
- Design and publish promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, travel advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Attend travel fairs, promotional events, exhibitions, corporate visits, seminars, and networking events when required.
- Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all marketing communications reflect the company's professional image, brand identity, and service quality.
- Achieve monthly marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales targets.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management related to marketing, customer relations, and business development.
