- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Tour Operations, International Tour Sales, Travel Consultancy, or Umrah Sales in a reputed Travel Agency, Tour Operator, Online Travel Agency (OTA), or Destination Management Company (DMC).
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, pricing, marketing, and operating international tour packages.
- Practical experience in Umrah package sales and customer consultation will be considered an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are strongly discouraged from applying.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, internet applications, and travel-related software.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Tour Operations & Sales Executive with proven expertise in international tour operations, package development, travel consultancy, customer relationship management, and Umrah package sales.
Job Location: Sector-15, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
International Tour Operations
- Design, develop, customize, price, and promote international tour packages under the SSARAH TRAVELS BD brand.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute complete tour operations from booking to successful tour completion.
- Manage international tour packages for destinations including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and other popular destinations.
- Prepare professional itineraries, quotations, travel schedules, and package costing according to clients' requirements and budgets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), transport providers, local operators, and international suppliers.
- Monitor booking deadlines, supplier confirmations, hotel reservations, airline schedules, and travel documentation.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, reservations, quotations, supplier correspondence, invoices, and customer files.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each tour.
Tour Sales & Travel Consultancy
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable international tour packages.
- Provide professional consultation regarding destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, hotel accommodation, airline schedules, sightseeing, and travel regulations.
- Prepare competitive quotations while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Keep updated with international travel trends, airline promotions, hotel offers, destination information, and tourism market developments.
Umrah Package Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- SSARAH TRAVELS BD regularly provides qualified customer leads. The selected candidate will be responsible for professionally managing these leads and converting them into successful Umrah package sales.
- Contact prospective customers through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, travel plans, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable Umrah packages.
- Explain package inclusions, including:
- Umrah Visa
- Air Tickets
- Hotel Accommodation
- Airport Transfers
- Local Transportation
- Ziyarah Services
- Meal Plans (where applicable)
- Group Guidance and Other Value-Added Services
- Provide accurate information regarding package pricing, payment procedures, visa requirements, travel regulations, and company services.
- Conduct regular follow-up with prospective customers to maximize sales conversion.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Saudi visa policies, airline fares, hotel availability, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution of Umrah packages.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for International Tour Packages and Umrah Packages.
- Generate repeat business through outstanding customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.
- Support marketing campaigns, travel fairs, promotional activities, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives whenever required.
