Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative and marketing briefs.
Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Media, Production, and other internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates.
Identify client needs and recommend effective communication and marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.
Identify opportunities for account growth and business development.
