Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable creative and marketing briefs.

  • Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Media, Production, and other internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates.

  • Identify client needs and recommend effective communication and marketing solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and project documentation.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and business development.
