## Job Responsibilities

* Promote the institute's courses and training programs.

* Visit schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations for promotional activities.

* Generate new leads and convert prospective students into enrollments.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and business partners.

* Conduct seminars, workshops, educational campaigns, and promotional events.

* Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

* Meet monthly admission and marketing targets.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

* Coordinate with the admission and academic teams to ensure smooth communication.

* Assist in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.

* Represent the institute professionally at all times.

* Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (Experienced candidates will get preference.)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good presentation and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an advantage.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Must be self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Contract Duration:

• Minimum 1 year

• T/A,Over time allowance
