Responsibilities & Context:

·  Represent the company's brand professionally and create a positive impression among clients and the public.

·  Generate innovative ideas and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

·  Conduct indoor and outdoor promotional activities at corporate offices, educational institutions, shopping malls, exhibitions, fairs, seminars, and other designated locations.

·  Present the company's products and services confidently through face-to-face communication, presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events.

·  Participate in marketing events, roadshows, fairs, exhibitions, and campaigns by managing promotional booths and interacting with visitors.

·  Build strong relationships with potential clients by explaining the features, benefits, and value of the company's services.

·  Create engaging digital content, including photos, short videos, reels, and promotional posts for social media platforms.

·  Coordinate with the Marketing Team to implement branding, promotional, and customer acquisition strategies.

·  Collect customer feedback, maintain lead information, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

·  Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve promotional effectiveness.

·  Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.

·  Achieve assigned promotional and lead generation targets within the specified timeline.

·  Perform any other marketing, branding, or promotional responsibilities assigned by the Management.
