• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Mass Communication & Journalism
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Mass Communication & Journalism

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Hotel, Real Estate, Resort

• Age 23 to 28 years

• Excellent writing and communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

• Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

• Write compelling content for social media, website, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms through creative content and timely engagement.

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams to develop high-quality content.

• Support paid digital campaigns and analyze audience targeting, campaign performance, and ROI.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
