• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing (preferred)

• Age 21 to 28 years

• Well aware about online social media channels and its different options.

• Good computer skill is required with good typing skill.

• Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent.

• Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation.

• Involving in community management for our official page, group and channels.

• Responding online phone calls and messages through meta business suite.

• To be very active and responsive with replies and responses of online channels.

• Continually research to remain updated with social media developments and emerging technologies

• Maintaining daily reports of online tasks and contents for performance evaluation.

• Lead distribution/management in CRM/Sales cycles software.

• Any other task assigned by the head of the team.
