* Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
* Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
* Passionate about branding, digital marketing, and consumer trends.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
* Experience managing campus clubs, events, or student organizations.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
* Experience with social media content creation or marketing projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Assist in daily brand marketing operations and campaign execution.
* Support social media content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
* Organize and maintain marketing reports, campaign documents, and databases.
* Collect and analyze market, competitor, and consumer information.
* Support PR activities, media monitoring, and KOL/influencer coordination.
* Assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials, and campaign reports.
* Support offline events, product launches, and brand activations.
* Perform other marketing and branding tasks assigned by the Brand team.
