At 𝐈𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬, we are looking for an experienced 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 to lead our media buying operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in Meta Ads who can also lead a team, improve systems, and take ownership of client success.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Lead and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts while ensuring exceptional campaign performance.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Mentor media buyers, review campaign quality, provide technical guidance, and maintain high delivery standards across the team.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Improve reporting, implement scalable workflows and SOPs, solve complex client challenges, and continuously optimize operational efficiency.

𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:  Take full ownership of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and the overall quality of the media buying department.

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum  𝟒+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency environment. Experience leading or mentoring a media buying team is highly preferred.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: A hands-on leader who can coach, review, and improve the work of other media buyers while setting high standards for quality and accountability.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:  This is a full-time, on-site position requiring six working days per week. We are looking for professionals who are committed to working from the office and contributing to the company over the long term.
