About the Role
MARINO FISH, an online fish delivery brand, is hiring an Operations cum Media Manager to run day-to-day online operations — customer chat handling, order & delivery coordination, sourcing, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer chats on Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp — pricing, availability, and order confirmation
● Process and follow up on orders; coordinate delivery with courier/delivery staff
● Source and track stock/purchases; keep basic sales, purchase, and payment records
● Manage social media pages — posts, stories, and customer engagement
● Assist with Facebook/Instagram ad boosting and basic performance tracking
● Share brief daily reports on orders, sales, delivery, and stock
Requirements
● HSC/Bachelor's degree; experience in e-commerce or social media sales preferred
● Comfortable with Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp
● Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
● Honest, responsive, and able to multitask under pressure
● Good Bangla & English writing; basic English
