- Age At least 25 years
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience operating a DSLR or mirrorless camera in manual mode (exposure, ISO, white balance, focus)
- Understanding of basic lighting setups for interviews and product/office shoots
- Strong sense of framing and composition (rule of thirds, stable shots, tripod/gimbal use)
- Basic audio recording skills (external mic use, avoiding background noise)
- Awareness of shot formats for different platforms (e.g. vertical for Reels/TikTok, widescreen for YouTube)
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable directing people/subjects on set to get natural shots
- Ability to take direction on brand style and repeat it consistently across shoots
Not Required
Video editing skills are not required for this role — we already have a dedicated editor on the team.
Nice to Have
- Drone operation experience
- Photography skills for stills alongside video
Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role
We are looking for a Videographer to film content for our office and business needs. The camera and equipment will be provided — we need someone skilled at capturing high-quality footage. Video editing is handled separately by our in-house editor, so this role is focused purely on filming.
Location: Bangladesh (office-based)
Equipment: Video camera provided by the company
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a provided video camera to film office events, interviews, product shots, and promotional content
- Set up basic lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots
- Frame and compose shots that are stable, well-lit, and visually clear
- Record clean audio using external microphones where needed
- Plan simple shot lists in coordination with the team before each shoot
- Hand off raw footage in an organized manner to the editing team
- Maintain and take care of company-provided camera equipment
