• Bachelor's/Diploma in any discipline

• Degree/training in Film & Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus

• Skills and portfolio will be prioritized over formal qualifications

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

• Age At least 23 years

• 1 to 3 years Experience (Freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply)

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut

• Strong understanding of social media video formats, pacing, hooks, and trends

• Ability to create clean captions/subtitles and basic motion graphics

• Good sense of timing, music, and storytelling

• Ability to work fast and handle a high volume of content without compromising quality

• Basic graphic design / thumbnail skills (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus

• A portfolio of social media videos is mandatory

We are expanding our social media content team and are looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging videos for our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook and Instagram).

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging videos for our social media channels

• Add captions/subtitles in Bangla and English, along with music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics

• Cut, trim, color-correct, and polish raw footage into platform-ready content

• Maintain a consistent brand style across all videos

• Produce content at a steady, high volume while meeting daily/weekly deadlines

• Collaborate with the content and marketing team on concepts, hooks, and trends

• Stay updated on current social media trends, formats, and editing styles
