Portfolio Required: A portfolio or show reel demonstrating your best photography, videography, drone shots, and video editing work is mandatory.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Familiarity with mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut) for quick social media turns.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience operating consumer or professional drones, as well as camera setups and studio lighting.

Strong eye for visual detail, storytelling, and current visual trends.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Visual Media Specialist with expertise in photography, videography, drone operation, and video/photo editing. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for our brand and clients, as well as handling post-production to deliver polished, engaging media.

Key Responsibilities

• Photography & Videography:

  • Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots for products, portraits, events, and promotional campaigns.

  • Manage lighting, camera angles, composition, and audio setup to produce professional-grade visuals.

• Drone Operations:

  • Safely operate drones to capture cinematic aerial footage and photographs.

  • Adhere to local drone regulations and safety protocols during all shoots.

• Editing & Post-Production:

  • Photo Editing: Perform retouching, color correction, and background adjustments using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

  • Video Editing: Cut, assemble, color grade, and apply motion graphics and sound design using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Create optimized video content (Reels, Shorts, promotional ads) tailored for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

• Equipment & Asset Management:

  • Properly maintain and organize all production gear, including cameras, lenses, drones, lights, and audio equipment.

  • Organize, back up, and archive raw footage and project files systematically.
