Experience:
MBA from any reputed university. Candidates having a major/concentration in Marketing, Branding or Communication will be given preference.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Electrical, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Agency experience will also get priority
• Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Job Context
RR - Imperial Electricals Limited is looking for a dynamic, creative, and result oriented Asst. Manager (Brand Marketing) to support the development and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies. The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening the company's brand image, increasing market visibility, and driving consumer engagement through effective branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand positioning and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute ATL, BTL, digital marketing, branding campaigns, activation programs, exhibitions, fairs, and trade promotions.
• Lead and monitor everyday brand marketing activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to identify market opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, designers, printers, and vendors for marketing communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing KPIs, and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand identity and brand guidelines across all communication channels.
• Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and branding assets.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate campaign effectiveness and gather market intelligence.
• Assist in preparing annual marketing plans, campaign budgets, and promotional calendars.
• Supervise and guide junior marketing team members to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Perform any other branding and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
