Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution; or

• HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with relevant practical experience in electrical maintenance, industrial electrical works, or

• Candidates with technical training or vocational certification in Electrical /Electrical Maintenance will have an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands on experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing industry.

• Proven ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and machine related problems.

• Hands on experience in electrical installation, machine commissioning, and system modification.

• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, MCC panels, control panels, VFDs, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

• Skilled in using electrical testing instruments and maintenance tools.

• Honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Context

RR- Imperial Electricals Ltd. is seeking experienced and skilled Electricians to support the smooth operation of production machinery and factory electrical systems. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in diagnosing electrical faults, carrying out repairs, installing and modifying electrical systems, and providing effective solutions to meet new operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults in production machines, motors, control panels, and factory utilities.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime.

• Install, modify, and commission electrical wiring, panels, motors, lighting systems, and industrial equipment.

• Carry out electrical work for new machine installations and factory expansion projects.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

• Inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.

• Maintain maintenance records and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
