Experience:
MBA from any reputed university. Candidates having a major/concentration in Marketing, Branding or Communication will be given preference.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Electrical, Consumer Durables, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Agency experience will also get priority
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Innovative spirit and passion for driving results
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.) experience is an advantage

RR- Imperial Electricals Limited is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and result driven Manager (Brand Marketing) to lead the company's branding and marketing initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, strengthening market presence, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall brand marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and supervise branding, promotional, and advertising campaigns across all platforms.
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share growth.
• Plan and manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing, activation programs, exhibitions, and trade promotions.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Lead market research and customer analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and monitor annual marketing budgets and ensure cost effective utilization.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, vendors, and internal departments.
• Lead new product launch strategies and go-to-market execution.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and prepare management reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
• Mentor, guide, and develop the Brand Marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
