• Candidates with technical training or vocational certification in Mechanical/Fitting will have an added advantage.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands on experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a manufacturing industry.

• Proven ability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical problems.

• Hands on experience in machine installation, modification, and commissioning.

• Good knowledge of industrial machinery, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Skilled in using mechanical tools and precision measuring instruments.

• Honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Context

RR- Imperial Electricals Ltd. is looking for experienced and skilled Mechanical Fitters to ensure the smooth operation of production machinery and factory equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in diagnosing mechanical faults, carrying out repairs, installing and modifying machinery, and providing practical solutions to meet new operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults in production machinery and factory equipment.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

• Install, dismantle, align, assemble, and commission production machines and mechanical components.

• Modify, fabricate, or replace machine parts to meet new operational and production requirements.

• Conduct machine overhauling and ensure optimum machine performance.

• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.

• Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.

• Maintain proper maintenance records and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
