Responsibilities & Context:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair central air conditioner/Air cooler and related instruments.
Ventilation equipment`s install, inspect, maintain and repair.
Perform regular maintenance work of Repair units.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions and record that separately.
Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment`s.
Maintain Air Conditioners and other electrical equipment and arrange repairing and replacing defective parts of various electrical appliances as per decision of the authority.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
