Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Toiletries

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• ABC Electrical Licensing Board certification (highly preferred for compliance in Bangladesh).

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience specifically within FMCG, chemical processing, or toiletries manufacturing plants.

• Reading electrical CAD drawings.

 Production Line Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Minimize machinery downtime across soap saponification, detergent powder blending, and liquid filling lines.

• Troubleshoot complex electrical faults involving motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), sensors, and control panels.

• Execute root-cause analysis on recurring electrical failures to implement permanent engineering fixes.

Automation & Process Control

• Manage PLC and SCADA systems (such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric) utilized in batch processing and continuous production lines.

• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation devices including flow meters, load cells, temperature controllers, and pneumatic valves.

• Update electrical schematics and software backups for all automated industrial machinery.

Utility & Power Distribution Management

• Oversee substation operations, including transformers, Switchgears (HT/LT panels), and Power Factor Improvement (PFI) plants.

• Manage backup power systems such as industrial diesel generators and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to prevent production data loss.

• Monitor energy consumption trends and propose cost-saving, energy-efficient electrical modifications.

Team Leadership & Compliance

• Supervise and train a dedicated shift team of electrical technicians and electricians.

• Enforce strict safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash safety, and factory compliance codes.

• Maintain inventory of critical electrical spares (VFDs, relays, fuses, sensors) to ensure rapid replacement.
