• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utilities.

• Understanding of GMP, cGMP, and engineering documentation.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Monitor HVAC, water systems, compressed air systems, boilers, generators.

• Operation, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting of Production and Utility Machineries and corrective actions where necessary.

• Monitor Sub-station on daily basis.

• Operation and monitor of ETP.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot electrical, and utility-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.

• Prepare maintenance reports, logbooks, SOPs, and related engineering documentation.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and other departments to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Participate in engineering improvement projects and energy-saving initiatives.

• Perform any other engineering-related duties assigned by management.
