Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Machinery & Maintenance: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our automated rotor spinning lines, specifically Schlafhorst BD 480, Schlafhorst BD 380 machinery, to maximize machine efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
Process Optimization: Calibrate and set complex machine parameters including rotor speeds, opening roller types, twist multipliers, and navel selection according to targeted yarn counts (ranging from 7s OE to 20s OE).
Quality Assurance: Monitor core yarn quality metrics (U%, imperfection index, tenacity, hairiness) using our state-of-the-art STATEX and USTER laboratory instruments. Interpret spectrogram analysis to proactively eliminate defects.
Waste & Cost Reduction: Implement strict floor controls to minimize raw material waste from Blowroom to rotor, minimize energy footprints, and optimize mechanical spare parts expenditures.
Production Management: Develop strict shifting schedules, manage technical floor manpower, and safely push production limits to achieve our targeted daily yield of 8,000 kg/day.
Team Leadership: Conduct regular technical training sessions for floor supervisors and technicians regarding strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
