Matter Solutions is an SEO Agency in Australia. We're looking for an Off-Page SEO Specialist to own guest posting and link building for clients around the world.

We use cutting-edge AI tools to magnify and implement SEO work at scale for our clients all over the world.

Background

You will be trained by and work directly with our Bangladesh Guest Posting Team Lead. She leads the link building efforts for our clients and reports to the Agency Director in Australia.

The Role(s)

Follow our procedures and processes to carry out the following:-

• Prospect and qualify relevant websites for guest post and link placements (relevance, quality, traffic, domain metrics).

• Run outreach to brokers, site owners and editors by email: pitch, follow up, and build ongoing relationships.

• Negotiate placements and pricing, and keep counterparties moving from first contact to live link.

• Coordinate guest post content to meet requirements of the host site and our client.

• Confirm links go live correctly, and track placement in our systems.

• Use SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs + Internal AI Tools) to assess site quality and report on link acquisition.

• Work with your Team Lead to improve outreach processes, templates, and results over time.

Secondary: Technical SEO Support

• Help the Technical SEO team with admin tasks as needed.

• Adding and checking automated audits and monitoring.

• Turning Audited issues into tasks for Web Developers, Writers and Designers.

• Follow established processes for high performance WordPress websites.

• Training provided. No coding or dev background required for this part of the role, but past experience as a Web Developer or Writer helps you contextualize what other team members deliver and implement quick impactful improvements.
