Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
Strong portfolio of both corporate-style and creative video content.
Expert in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Proficient with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, Drone, lighting equipment, audio capture, and stabilization tools.
Strong visual storytelling ability.
Good sense of pacing, audio sync, and visual flow.
Ability to work independently in field and studio settings.
Willingness to travel to different sites/offices of Munshi Group if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Capture high-quality video footage for brand documentaries, corporate interviews, promotional videos, training materials, and social media content.
Plan shot lists, angles, lighting, and sound based on project needs.
Edit both long-form and short-form video content using modern editing techniques and transitions.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms: social media, websites, presentations, and internal use.
Work closely with the Brand & Communications team, project leads, and concern heads to ensure video content meets communication goals.
Contribute ideas for creative storytelling and visual direction.
Support event coverage through photography in special cases (festival sponsorship, corporate events, etc.).
