Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and maintain the company's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok business pages.
Plan, create, launch, and optimize Facebook (Meta) advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales.
Monitor and optimize ad performance using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
Create and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow the company's online presence and sales.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights.
Conduct competitor research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Design basic marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
Coordinate with the sales team to support online promotions and order generation.
Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets through effective digital marketing initiatives.
Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.
