Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Creating and running online marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness.

  • SEO & SEM (Search Optimization): Optimizing website content so it ranks higher on search engines like Google, and managing paid search advertisements.

  • Email Marketing: Designing and sending regular newsletters, promotional offers, and updates to subscribers to keep them engaged.

  • Website & Funnel Management: Monitoring web traffic, updating landing pages, and making sure the online customer journey is smooth and easy to navigate.

  • Data Analysis: Tracking key metrics like return on investment (ROI), cost-per-click (CPC), and daily traffic using tools like Google Analytics to see what works and what needsMedia Relations & PR: Acting as the main point of contact for journalists, drafting formal press releases, and finding opportunities for the organization to be featured in newspapers, television, or major blogs.

  • Content Strategy & Curation: Overseeing the production of high-quality visuals, storytelling pieces, video clips (like short nature videos or behind-the-scenes clips), and articles that match the company's tone.

  • Social Media Profile Management: Growing and maintaining the brand's active social media profiles, planning the publication calendar, and setting the visual style guide.

  • Community Engagement: Responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews from followers to build a loyal community.

  • Crisis Communication: Managing the public narrative and quickly addressing any negative publicity or sensitive customer issues online before they escalate.Updated Meta Ads Responsibilities:

    • Targeting & Audiences: Setting up custom audiences in Meta Business Suite based on location, age, specific interests (like agriculture or entrepreneurship), and behaviors.

    • Budget & Bidding Optimization: Managing the ad budget, setting daily or lifetime limits, and running A/B tests (comparing two different ad versions to see which one converts better for less money).

    • Pixel & Tracking Setup: Installing the Meta Pixel on websites to track exactly who buys or signs up after clicking an ad.
