Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Company's digital presence across social media platforms, developing engaging content strategies, driving audience engagement, and enhancing brand visibility through data-driven digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, content development, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain the Company's official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with the Company's branding and marketing objectives.
Schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize content while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to enhance social media performance.
Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and curate engaging text, image, and video content for digital platforms.
Write compelling captions, copy, hashtags, and platform-specific content to maximize reach and engagement.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Optimize content using SEO and platform-specific best practices.
YouTube Channel Management
Manage the Company's official YouTube channel and oversee content planning and publishing.
Coordinate with production teams to develop high-quality video content.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, keywords, and tags to improve discoverability.
Analyze channel performance and recommend strategies to increase audience engagement and subscriber growth.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Utilize analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics for reporting and campaign evaluation.
Collaboration & Brand Compliance
Work closely with internal departments to ensure digital campaigns support overall business and marketing objectives.
Coordinate influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and external agencies whenever required.
Ensure all published content complies with LankaBangla Finance PLC.'s brand guidelines, corporate communication standards, and regulatory requirements.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Skill Requirements
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital marketing strategies, SEO, and paid social media campaigns.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and other social media management tools.
Basic proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content development capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
