Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement the organization's end-to-end digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and process re-engineering across all business units.

• Oversee and execute promotional communications in alignment with the campaign calendar for LankaBangla Finance (LBF) products.

• Manage digitally acquired customers by supervising the Digital Transformation Department (DTD) sales team and ensuring smooth, seamless onboarding of new clients.

• Monitor progress against deadlines, update project plans regularly, and ensure all deliverables remain strictly on schedule.

• Coordinate cross-functional communication by facilitating meetings, resolving operational blockers, and providing timely updates to key stakeholders.

• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory authority instructions, guidelines, and compliance requirements, maintaining full regulatory alignment across all digital initiatives.
