Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve branch business targets related to both deposits and advances, ensuring overall financial growth.
Drive sustainable growth in the branch's deposit and asset portfolio.
Maintain portfolio quality by minimizing PAR (Portfolio at Risk) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans), achieving year-end targets as per budget.
Implement and enforce robust processes and controls to prevent money laundering, fraud, misrepresentation, and to ensure customer protection, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Oversee all branch expenditures, ensuring they are processed with due diligence and in accordance with policy guidelines.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the branch, aligned with the core values of LBF.
Maintain strong relationships and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
