Experience:
MBA from any reputed university. Candidates having a major/concentration in Marketing, Branding or Communication will be given preference.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Electrical, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Agency experience will also get priority
• Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software will be an added advantage
Job Context
RR - Imperial Electricals Limited is seeking a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Sr. Executive (Brand Marketing) to support the planning and execution of branding and marketing activities. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing brand campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, conducting market research, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to strengthen the company's brand presence.
Job Responsibilities
• Execute branding, promotional, and marketing activities in line with the approved marketing plan.
• Coordinate ATL, BTL, digital marketing, activation programs, exhibitions, fairs, and trade promotions.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and collect market intelligence.
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches and brand activation programs.
• Support market research, customer surveys, and consumer insight analysis.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Assist in preparing marketing content, promotional materials, and product communication.
• Maintain records of branding activities, marketing budgets, and campaign outcomes.
• Generate creative ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Perform any other branding and marketing-related tasks assigned by management.
