We’re Hiring Strategic Communications & Team Lead!

We’re looking for an exceptional Strategic Communications & Team Lead to lead our communications function and manage a high-performing creative and communications team.

This is not just a communications role—it’s a leadership role. We are looking for someone who can bring people together, create structure, drive execution, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

As the Team Lead, you will oversee our creative, content, copywriting, video production, digital communications, media relations, and public engagement efforts. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that ideas are transformed into impactful campaigns and meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

·       Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including creative designers, content creators, copywriters, video editors, and external partners.

·       Plan, coordinate, and execute communication campaigns from concept to completion.

·       Oversee content strategy and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with media and key stakeholders.

·       Lead public relations initiatives and support reputation and crisis management.

·       Coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution.

·       Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

·       Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.

·       Strong understanding of communications, branding, public relations, digital marketing, and storytelling.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as team leader in communications, public relations, branding, marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
